Please would you pass on my thanks to your engineers, Phil and Terry, for doing such a great job of installing our new boiler.  Not only were they both polite and efficient, they were extremeely helpful, they listened to our requests and took care to carry out the job to our satisfaction and wishes, rather than just get the job done as fast as possible.  It is also testament to Phil's professionalism that he left us his mobile number, in case we had any problems, rather than our having to ring the main number.  Needless to say, we didn't need to use it.

 

I would also like to thank Daniel, the electrician for carrying out his part of the install; quickly and efficiently, with the minimum of disruption and again to our wishes, even though it was not the easiet way of doing things.  Thanks also to Nick, who again was courteous and helpful in giving advice.

 

All the engineers really put the customer first in their approach to the job  They are a credit to themselves and to your company.
